Wildlife Health Monitoring


This involves tracking the health status of animal populations through physical examinations, blood sampling, and disease screening. Participants learn to identify signs of illness and understand the impact of diseases on wildlife.


Veterinary Care and Treatment


Students assist in treating injured or sick animals. This can include wound care, administering medications, intravenous injections, intramuscular injections, veterinary wildlife management, chemical restraint, chemical immobilizations of diferent species, preperation of all non schedule drugs, pregnancy diagnosis, intensive breeding management etc. Working closely with veterinarians, participants gain valuable clinical experience.


Anti-Poaching and Rescue Operations


Students may help in the rescue and rehabilitation of animals affected by poaching or human-wildlife conflict. This is all on emergency call outs. This work is critical in saving endangered species. Where snaring and rhino poaching is one of our main problems.


Research and Data Collection


Collecting data on some animals are crucial for the future development of intensive b reeding programs, population dynamics, and health indicators supports conservation research. Volunteers contribute to scientific studies that inform management decisions.
